Default Is this a complete lift?

I recently purchased a 2000 XJ and it came with this lift. I was just wondering if this is everything I need to lift it and if there is any way to tell what size lift it is. I was told it was either 3.5" or 4.5", the brand is full traction if that helps anything. Thanks!

No shocks, no adjustable track bar, no SYE or transfer case drop (you'll probably need one or the other if its a 4.5").

How much? New kits aren't that much for complete.

Looks like a 3 in. lift (counted the coils). You can use a set of stock JK shocks, I prefer the red ones 'cause they're Rubicon shocks.

It already has a transfer case drop, so all I would need is shocks and an adjustable track bar?

It has a track bar bracket but an adjustable one would work much better.

Bare minimum would be shocks. Track bar would be nice but with the relo bracket not necessary with a 3-4" lift. Plan on replacing a few bolts since they've been on your jeep since it was built but you may get lucky. Get a can or two of PB Blaster and coat everything days before you start and up till you start turning wrenches.

Thanks man! this was honestly a big help. I've been around cars my hole life, but they're all Hot rods and muscle cars, so the suspension first of all is a lot different and if we do anything with it we're lowering it haha.

Also, what would be the difference between an adjustable track bar and what I have now? and if i get lift shocks for a 4.5" lift will they be fine if it is a 3.5" lift? Thanks again!

When you lift a linked axle it uses a track bar or panhard bar to center it. Unless you have triangulated links which you don't. By lifting it the bar needs to be a bit longer to center the axle. With 3" of lift and a stock track bar and not using the bracket you have the front axle will sit a couple of inches farther on the driver side. The bracket should center it or be really close. With an adjustable one you can dial it in much closer. As for shocks, several companies sell the for 3-4.5" of lift so they should be fine.

You could run shocks for an 8" lift if you want, you just have to make sure they don't bottom out (bump-stops).
