Depends on what lift you're running currently and your driveline set up. Do you have an SYE? Do you have long arms? At 6.5" of lift you're going to want long arms.

I think it depends on what you do with it.... if its a mall crawler then you probably wont have any issues.... if you actually take it playing, then there are things to take into account... make sure you have long enough brake lines... As said above, SYE probably needed... Probably need long arms... Shackle relocation brackets since you will probably have bad angles.... You could use the brackets alone for the rear lift and have better angles....

What's the reason for wanting to add the extra 1.5-2"? What size tires you runnin? Do you have extended brake lines already? How about shock length? Do you have enough shock to go up 2" more and still have down travel?

I agree with the above, lifting taller may increase your needs for a SYE "Slip Yoke Eliminator" on the transfer case, which means a new rear driveshaft, you also probably will need new brake lines, might also need an adjustable trackbar, and your ride may go to crap because of the angle of the front control arms (a long arm kit or drop brackets would help with this)
I would go with H.D. Engineering Shackle Relocators in the back which will add .75 - 1" along with a 1" shackle lift, it would give you better ride and better flex.
Then go with coil spacers in front, I personally went with "ACOS" adjustable coil spacers on mine.
Then look at getting long arms, or control arm relocation brackets if your ride comfort becomes untolerable.
PS: Part of your current lift kit could include "lift shackles", so find out from Rough Country before considering lifting your lift using "lift shackles"

I see a lot of issues coming up with this that the OP may not be aware of as to cost factor not even to mention tire size and gears and what he is starting with. JMO but at 4 1/2" of lift an SYE is required for a proper setup and the items that go with it like a Dbl. Shear Track Bar, Upgraded Steering at least an ZJ kit, Adj. U/LCA's. etc. its not a $200 deal for sure.
