SWR is at 2.3 on 1 and 40

all channels are pretty clear except ch 19.

gain is all the way up all and i have to keep the squelch on o just to tame it. wtf is goin here guys?

Radio is Cobra 29 WX ST NG

 

That swr is higher than I like.

 

changed my wilson 4ft flex antenna for a 104in (or close to that) whip and its workin good now!

 

Wanna sell the 4ft flex? Ha

 

i sold it back to radioshack... lol

and i got a 102in whip... its 1/4 aof the bandwith or some BS

by far the best set up ive used. need a tiedown so i can get in garage and keep it low on the trails. theyre 5bucks online but im gonna make my own.

 

What antena and coax u runnin

 

just put on a radioshack 102in whip with an 18ft coax. fixed my fuzz problem.
