The best thing you can do man is shake it. 1st when all is on the ground and 2nd with a pry bar or jack the front end up. Have a bud rock it back and forth and see if you can get the sound to replicate. A while back after replacing everything on the front end I could think of, I had a buddy rock mine and it was the bolt that holds my right long arm on. (bolt at sub-frame). The bolt wears down over time (groves) It cost like 10 bucks to fix and when it starts making noise, I know where to look.
