closed to open

i know how it needs to be done. im just wondering what radiator i need to get. the ones i have looking at dont give me a description on whether it has a cap or not. Any help?

How bout for us guys that wanna convert from closed to open but want a good 3row radiator... which one would be the best value/easiest install?
