Default Cherokee 4.5 inch lift

Just curious. I wanna get a 4.5 inch lift for my 96 cherokee. I realy didnt wanna spend a ton of money and i dont do major major wheeling so i dont think i need long arms. Ill have two other vehicles so not worried about it not being super super smooth on the road. I really was looking at the rough country 4.5 inch short arm kit, id get a sye as well. Anyone have expirience with that kit?

Rough country is trash. Go with zone, rustys, iron rock, or Rubicon express

And long arms will ride smoother on road,Plus what you spend for adjustable control arms and drop brackets you could also buy long arms.Never go the cheapest lift you will end up hating it trust me.

I bought my jeep with a rc lift on it. personally I would have went with something a little better but I don't have any problems with it that r big enough for me to change it. it doesn't have a sye or a drop pitman arm of that sort. I do offroad some but nothing crazy and I also drive it occasionally on the interstate at around 70 mph around 45 miles to work and it does pretty good. no death wobble or anything as of now anyway

Rusty's is one of the more better kits for your money. RC isn't "horrible" but there are definitely better lifts out there. They do stand behind their product though. I've had a couple things replaced by them no questions asked and didn't even have to send the faulty parts back.

I've been running IRO's critical path long arms at 4.5-5" for years and love it. Definitely a good route.
