To find the exact ratio you can count the number of teeth on the ring and divide by the number of teeth on the pinion. To get a rough estimate you can jack up the rear and rotate the tire and count how many times the yoke spins like no_rdplz mentioned. It should give you a good idea of what it is.

I'll be looking into adjusting that, maybe for a temporary fix until I figure out which adapters to get.
