For 3in lift is it gonna be a huge deal? Or just kinda noticeable

It makes a difference.

At 3"s of lift on the stock TB... My passenger side tire was flush with the fender flair and the drivers side tires stuck out an inch and a half.

VERY noticable and caused death wobble. Could very well be this guys problem...

Fix the TB issue and find a shop that knows what they're doing.

I'm going to reiterate what others have said. Go to a different shop. It sounds like the guy just wants you to pay him to do a bunch of work when it's not needed.

It's not as fun as it sounds.

I'm in the Electrical Division. We primarily design massive switch gear. Breaker boxes the size of a small house.

Last month I helped in designing the units for the new Panama Canal expansion project. That was pretty fun. Other than that... it's a job.

Well the guy basically wanted to completely do my front end... told me I had taken off the piece holding the coil to the plate on the axle (even though I had not) and told me I needed to order the parts through him. I told him a freind of mine could align it and itd cost me 20 bucks lol

That has nothing to do with it.

I haven't used coil retaining clips in 10 years.

Have you gone to another shop yet?

Unless your kit included longer arms, odds are he didnt adjust caster which is causing the shake. You can verify by asking or checking if the rear bolts of the lca's looked untouched. Installing them is very easy. For 3" of lift they should be about 3/16" thk. Attached is what the shims look like.

and how to install
