Default can't figure out why they hit?

So on my 1988 cherokee that I bought, said it was a 3 inch lift... other friends say its 6 but beside that...

My sway bar in the front have the drop brackets and quick disconnects... my question is how can I move the bar or brackets somewhere ahead or change the bar so the quick disconnects stop hitting against the coils? It usually happens when braking but its close to each other even driving...

I notice you have adjustable control arms. Looks to me like your axle is positioned too far forward. Look at your disconnects, they should be straight up-and-down. Yours are angled. Also, and this may be just the way the pics look to me, but your springs don't look straight, they look curved a bit. I would say to bring your axle back using the adj control arms.

This does happen on occasion. Ditch the whole sway bar set up. That is my advice.

Yeah I'd say make the upper arms shorter a little. That should make the coil straight That is if they are curved a bit. Then they shouldn't hit

Sway bar drop brackets and extended disconnects is probably your probem, ditch the drop brackets.

^This.

Ditch the drop bracket and get longer disconnects.

Mine are nowhere near hitting at 3"s of lift.

My bar is also at a bit more of an angle as well.
