Can I use my same shocks...
Can I use my shocks from my current 4.5inch Rough Country lift if I put a 1.5inch coil spacer on the front? Would they bottom out or damage at all while flexing?

They will limit your droop. Are you only adding a spacer to the front? Is it sagging compared to the back? If so and you are just adding the spacer to level Back out you will be fine since you will essentially be going back to proper lift height for the coils.

for reference, generally speaking a 4.5" kit will have 10" travel shocks, and a 6.5" kit will have 12" travel shocks.
if you have a 6.5" kit with 4.5" shocks, you will likely be limiting the suspension travel in the down travel department.
