It depends on what u want. With mine I wanted a smooth idle and low end torque and power. I just told them I was running a free flowing exhaust, CAI, and my motor is bored .30 over. But to answer your questions I don't know if they do. Part number from comp cams k68-232-4 is a hole kit and that cam is for great torque and smooth idle for fuel injected motors

a custom cam from cam research is about 300. comes with lifters. springs are cheap... Call them they'll help you decide what you need

I was talking to a friend and he told me no matter what kind of cam I use I need to have a new PCM burned to spec.

I have a the Xtreme 4x4 comp with the same duration. Grind x4250h-13. Did you reuse stock pushrods? If not, what length pushrods did you use? I need an answer from anyone very soon please and thank you!
