Default c8.25 rear yoke replacement

I need to replace the yoke and nut on my 99 c8.25. Any suggestions on where to buy and what brand would be great.

Or you can drill out the bolt holes to 5/16 and replace the strap type u joint retainer to an actual u bolt type retainer...if that's the reason you need to replace it....that way its stronger and also, you won't have to setup a new crush sleeve or set up the pinion..

Thanks for the suggestions. I am replacing just to replace. The nut and yoke is extremely rusty and the area where the u=joint goes looks pretty rough. I just bought the axle and am cleaning it up and prepping it to swap out my d35. What is involved with setting up the yoke? Is it not just a matter of swapping out with new parts?

ended up ordering the yoke from eastcoastgearsupply. was 120 shipped with u bolts, nut , and seal.

From reading I should be able to mark the nut and measure before removing and reinstall with locktite. this wiil keep me from messing with the crush sleeve.

anyone else done this

Its not the proper way... It is a shot in the dark unless you measure everything afterwords, I would always recommend checking the diff afterwords. But I've done it both ways and never had a problem....
