A/C problem
I have a 2000 xj with a ac ploblem. My problem it with the fan speed switch. I have fan speeds 1,2, and 4. For some reason i dont have 3 and am not sure why. Today i went to the jy and got new controls i put them in and same problem. Im not sure what it could be. If any one has any ideas I would love to hear them

Engine: 4.0 liter RENIX I-6, DIY Cold Air Intake, 2.5 FM Exhaust, 3 Core Radiator
The switch only selects your fan speed. There is actually a resistor on the fan motor assembly itself that actually causes the fan to run at the different speeds selected by the switch. The lower speeds usually go out first and you are eventually left with just the highest speed.
