Default Buying a truck with a 4.5" lift

Hi all, what are some things to look out for when buying an XJ with a 4.5" lift? I assume the age of the components would be a consideration, but what else? I assume this height of lift put added strain on other components? What should have been done, or what else should have been changed in order for the drivetrain or steering to function properly and last well? What to look for?
Thank you
