Bushwacker Flat flares. How much do they open up the wheel wells
Been wanting to get some flat flares for my xj but I was wondering how much they will open up the wheel wells. Im want to try to run 32's. I have 3" RC lift with jks acos and tomken 1/2 shackles.

You will have to cut and fold and trim the wheel well openings, but the instructions walk you through it.

are the flat flares easy install like the website says using the OEM holes? Also my xj is just for camping and trails not hardcore mudding or rock crawling so what is a recommended tire size with these?

You'll have no problem fitting 32s. Here's my truck on 265/70R17s(roughly 32") with a 3.5" DPG/OME lift and flat flares. More pictures here.

Little Red XJ, how much lift you running on there? Looks good.
I'm in the (slow) process of installing this myself. It definitely takes time to do it right. I helped a buddy throw them on in a weekend, but that was without any rust preventative measures involved.
Get em, it's worth it.
