About the only thing you can do is pull it off and carry it to a parts house. You'll have to manually go through they're bushings to find one that will fit. Ordering one on line is a hit and miss and more than likely a miss. Those arms look like the ones sold on ebay, which are descent arms.

More comfort and flex from rubber bushings.....I had poly bushings on one of my xj's and didn't like it but I didn't have the truck long enough to say they wear out faster..........poly definitely starts to squeak soon after you put them in, even if you use the special grease.

Now I have pretty solid joints at the body and use rubber at the axle........it kills most road vibes flexes like mad and is strong http://www.polyperformance.com/shop/...r-p-20911.html

Those are full traction gusseted arms

Their bushings are known to fail..find a good replacment, or fit in a nice heim/joint on one end, and use rubber on the other like most arms now adays..
Yes the hiems/joints are well worth it! I love that have heims on 1 end of my arms! Heims are body side, rubber on the axle side.
