Bump steer as in when I get into "grooves" in the road it will pull me left or right and same Symptoms over pot holes. That's up to 45-50 ish, and I don't dare go more then 50 cause the past three times be tryed it's been DW baddd. Never been aligned going to get that done tomorrow. Put different tires on it today and that's when I start having these problems. Or at least they got noticeable.

Sounds like it's toed in too far making it darty. This more than likely compounds any death wobble. The steering angles look fine from here, I've seen ugly ones and they drove how they looked. Shake the front end down and fix what's loose and isn't supposed to be. I would at least get the alignment checked and see how bad things are or aren't.
first off, that is definitely not bump steer.
secondly, get your jeep aligned! it is crazy important that you get it aligned after lifting it. that is most likely why you are getting death wobble as well.
