When I installed my Rustys Off Road lift kit (3") you could have either the std. front spring 160# or the one for HD bumpers and winches the 180# either one can be bought for $100 a set.

Depending on what kind of lift you got they should not sag your suspension down. I wouldn't worry about it unless your trying to stuff 35's on a 3 inch lift or something crazy like that.

With my bumper on the front I didn't notice any sag at all. If I stand on the front bumper (160 LBs) I barely notice any sag... **** I can barely sag it by jumping...

Worse case a spacer in the front will level it back out if needed.

I have a Nate's front bumper.(no winch) and his rear swing away tire carrier. No sag in the front but in the back it sags a bit, not too much just need new leaf springs to liven it up.

I have nates front winch bumper with a winch on it. Weighs about 80lbs and he winch is around 80.

I have 6.5 inch rustys coils and 2 years of abuse on it with this setup. No sags yet!
