Anyone know of a cheap roof basket good for a spare tire, shovel, and an axe? I would prefer to not have to drill into my roof, so are there any that attach to the stock crossbars? Thank you

 

ive seen cheap ones at wallmart that go for a 100 i might get one myself for somthing to build off of

 

Most name brand roof baskets are 200+$ walmarts website has a 58$ Reese tow power branded one. Then I could bungee/ratchet strap my tire on? I really don't want to drill into the roof because I hear they leak a lot. I had my headliner board off while I was bedlining my headliner. My roof is rust free. And I want to keep it that way. I have some water leak problems on my drives side floor and I don't want any more leaks to deal with...

 

This is the one I was talking about. More a rack than a basket, but it's cheap.

 

I was thinking trying this one.


Wish there were ones with kayak attachments.......
