Hey everyone! Want to lift my XJ up but being a high school student only working very little, I don't have money to do a whole suspension lift. My leaf springs are flat in the back. What's the highest I should go with a budget boost? Should I replace my leaf springs?
Since your on a budget why not look into the bastard pack? Or troll the classifides til someone sells or parts out!

^ what he said. Troll around until you find someone parting out their rig and buy their stuff or piece together your own.
My 3.5" lift costed me about $200 initially
rusty's coils - $100
Bastard packs - ~$80 (includes all the hardware and other crap i consumed)
JK shocks - $18
I later installed a beefy track bar, shackles and sway bar end links.
My gf's lift will cost even less, depending on how high she wants to go. I'm looking at 2" for her's.
I picked up coil spacers in a bulk purchase
JK shock for free when a buddy lifted his
Just have to make the bastard pack for her.
If you are patient, you will find good deals.
