broken steering box bolts

broken steering box bolts
I was installing my new front bumper, and as I was putting the bolts for the steering box back in, the top bolt broke off and I have no idea why. I just would like to know how common this is and if it's ever happened to anyone else.

yep I have broken a few before I braced it. broke 2 bolts with 33's and one with 35's
