Default Broken rear shock mount

So my dad broke my shock mount, what are my options for fixing this? And anyone have any good recommendations for a cheap good shocks?

cut off the old "Bolt". drill a hole in the mounting plate where the old bolt was. insert a grade 8 bolt in similar lengh into the hole. weld in place. same thing happened to me and cost $2 to fix.

me and a buddy just ground his down and it punched out very easy.no drill needed..auto zone sells a kit tht will replace the bolt.or just find a grade 8 thats the same..

Grind down the front or back? cause If its the back how did you do that cause on mine I could get anything but MAYBE a sawzal blade back there.

I cut it off and drilled. Used a 5/8 grade 8 bolt. It would also be a good time to look at getting new shock mounts to weld on for better ground clearance. Zone off-road has a set for 35 bucks but that's if you want to cut the old ones off and weld new ones on

Cut off the bolt, punch out the head, insert new nut and bolt, tighten.
