Break in period for a new fan clutch?
Just did the zj fan clutch on the xj install and HOLY CRAP IS IT LOUD!!! I understand that is the point of the upgrade is to force more air through the core, but it never seems to be disengaged.
Anyone else get the zj and notice it calming down a bit after a while?
another question, does this upgrade put more stress on the water pump?

DRATT! I guess im switching them. I will keep the zj clutch handy for june-august here in charlotte where the temp combined with slow city driving would warant that kind of airflow at the cost of hp and mileage.
Thanks for the replies.
