so in other word he botched the truss job as well and now your axle seal are puking? Did more welding on the knuckles which could weaken them? Basically the 2nd chance was for him to find more **** to destroy on your rig. I would try small claims to compensate for some of your loss and then find another shop with good reviews and feedback from fellow jeepers to repair/do the work correctly

This hurts just reading about it. There are some bad shops in America but damn, this is brutal. Definitely let us know how this ends up as im rooting for you and against these wackjobs that seem to love destroying your jeep

Update:
-As if this guy couldnt have done more things wrong, the death wabble was so bad that i finally found a shop near by that can handle my jeep. As im waiting for the alignment, the mechanic calls me into the shop to show me just how loose the tie rod ends were & that there were NO cotter pins in them!!!! The castle nuts were already workin there way off too!!!!
-So after a quick convo with the mechanic on my ongoing saga with 4xheaven, he told me "well were gonna have to put this on the bill" so that we all know this was how i brung it in to his shop essentially covering his but & it sure helps my case!!
A court date has been set & is scheduled for 3rd week in Oct which is a month out from now!!

As if ud think uve seen it all, reject 4xheaven strikes again!!! Are u ready for this one guys,,, so i decided to see if i could fit a stabilizer behind the 1-ton steering, got the tape measure out & all & what do i find; my stock axle mount for the steering stabilizer has been CUT OFF!!!Oh yes he did folks, the king of tellin me that i need to run a stabilizer had cut off the mount *probably when he flipped the tie rod a 180 hence the TRE is now on the axle side & he probably did it for clearance UNTILL he figured out to unbolt it & re-bolt it thru the front!!!

At this point, nothin really suprises me from this shop. So today i pulled of the 1-ton setup to cut off & re-weld the sway bar bracket that this *** didnt do & raised it up out of the way & equal to the other, & made sure all linkadge clears & theres no more contacting issues. (A job well done!!
)
Well this gave me a chance to inspect his welds on the tappered inserts into the knuckles & i gotta say that im just learnin to weld & i coulda done a better job then they did!!! The welds were full of gaps, cracks, & some pieces had fallen off due to no penetration in the welds!! YES i took pics & will be postin them up tomorrow since its late now & i gotta get up early to work on the fix for the truss, or "air deflector" as a friend called it!!

This is the passenger side knuckle with the horrible welding job for the tappered inserts...

More pics of the sh!!ty work done by 4xHeaven:
This is the steering turned pass side & u can see the contact on the coil buckets & the rust there from rubbing...

And now after some grinding, u can clearly see the clearance when turned full passenger side. This took 5min to do so its beyond me to why this guy couldnt do it himself...

Another with the steering turned passenger side hitting the sway link that he refused to move up. Note the rust on the tie rod from the constant contact...

Here u can see that the constant contact has bent the sway link upwards making the sway link crooked...

And heres the sway link without the disco thats bent upwards creating what u saw in the last pic...

Heres a crude pic of the new sway mount. It was night time by then & i shined the work light onto it after a fresh coat of paint so it looks a bit rough in the pic...
