I was wondering if the BBK throttle body that's bored to 62 mm is any better than the ones the guys sell on Ebay for $100 bucks?

The BBK is fancy but I have not heard they are any better thank a bored stock unit. With the BBK you are guaranteed good machining, not all ebay sellers provide precise fitment of the new larger throttle plate. I can help you find a good stock bored unit if you need one. PM me.

I just installed this and wanted to share my thoughts. The MAP sensor couldn't be mounted because the holes for the bolts were too low on the throttle body. A read a few comments about this problem. I filed the throttle body out so the sensor could set lower which was not critical to get it perfectly level to align with something important. It just needed to align with the bolt holes fairly close for attachment and there is only the small rubber elbow between the sensor and throttle body so not necessary to have a perfect tolerance. I emailed BBK support but no response which was a disappointment. That's what you expect for buying a China knock-off product. I did replace the sensors with Mopar parts because I know they are going to work, not so sure about Crown or other aftermarket. Better gas milage is noticable. As far as some big increase in performance, we'll good luck. Didn't expect much without other upgrades as others have mentioned are necessary.
