Body armor that isn't mechanically attached? If it's not screwed, bolted, riveted, or welded, would it only be for scratch protection? Maybe stick on w/ double sided tape? Wouldn't be as much "armor" and scratch protection I might think.

If your afraid of using appropriate tools and hardware to mount actual armor then your not hitting the trails that require them... Armor shouldn't be a fashion statement, it should be fully functional

its probably a magnet type of some sort. it will slide off as armor on the trail. it will be off the rig when you need it most........

these magnets must be super secret goverment magnets with super strength vs the elements but easily handed by humans

but seriously would like too see what you have in mind and what it actually consists of too be strong enough to protect your jeep but be easily removed.

i dont have armor on my jeep for "thick brush" im looking for it to protect my jeep from trees and rocks when in tight trails or rock crawling. like i said though very interested to see what armor you have available and how it mounts.

I'm a "screwed in, welded, etc" type of guy but there are magnets out there capable of holding armor on through rocks and trees. I'll stick with my sticky of choice though , a welder.
