I think you are a little light for what you want especially if you are going new.

But for that kind of budget this might be your link https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f2/bud...herokee-58797/

f150 coils, Dakota leafs, homemade trasfercase drop, zone rustys or rough country shocks. Yj break line, going to need control arms 600 is a hard budget for 4.5 lift.

I'm not saying that it's the best for the money, but if your rear springs are in good shape, Rough Country has an Add-A-Leaf in your price range. I used this lift kit for my first lift, and it was just fine. In the pic below, the front springs and shocks are RC. Have fun.

Zone. If you want 4.5" and only have $600 the get the 3" kit with full leafs then get some coil spacers abd 1.5" lift shackles. But you'll also need new track bar, lower control arms, extended brake lines, and a sye. I suggest you start with the Zone 3" kit or buy each piece separately as funds permit. That way you'll eventually have everything you need and won't have to keep messing with it.

You only have $600 so the best lift is irrelevant and not something everyone would agree on.

This is probably the best bang for your buck though. Your still going to need a new track bar. Then start saving for new full leaf packs.

AAL will sag quickly especially if your current leaf springs are worn out. A new full leaf pack is best. I got my Zone kit from forum vendor "AOR" for $510 to my door. Coils, shocks, and new leaf pack. Price may be slightly higher, I bought my kit a year ago.

Oh nice. Good chance you will need a sye for 4.5''. Definitely check with who askingxforxit said. That's a good price.
