Right now I have the zone 3" kit, but after I added the winch/bumper It sagged a little, so I added some of the ome 10mm spacers to equal it out, it sat perfectly level, til I put a few miles on it, now the front is lower again, And with me about to do the sye kit and I'll have to add shims, which will bring the rear up a little more, I think I'm just going to do some new springs in the front too.
I want a spring that will still flex good and hold up to the winch/bumper combo and not sag. I'm looking at the rusty's hd springs, and the Rubicon express 3.5" springs, but from what I've been reading the spring rate is outrageous on the RE ones, 240 vs 180 on the rustys. But the rusty's are 3" compared to the re 3.5. Which means I may still have to run the spacer with it. Or maybe I sould do a 4" soft spring?
Does anyone of you guys have either of the springs I'm looking at and can let me know how they ride/flex?
I have the Superlift 550 coils from Summit. They are 4"s of lift for 170lbs and they ride and flex great (picture with me on 35s flexing last trip I went on). Sits even at 4"s with lots of armor. Here is the link, you can't beat the price. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/slf-550/overview/
