Old Man Emu is typically regarded as the best riding and performing 2" kit out there, might wanna take a look at them

Get the Rubicon Express 2in for 250$ it's bad ***! I went to the Rubicon and finished it on it! Best bang for a 2in cuz you get the aal, 2in pucks, and 4 shocked that are good for 2-3.5in lifts

I'm looking for kinda the same thing but I've got a bad leaf so I'm looking for new leafs with a 2" lift without having to add a leaf myself to new springs.

Rustys and rc are fine but not the best. Rustys does sell lift pieces individually.

Who do you think is best that has EVERYTHING including 2in coils, shocks, full leaf packs, and unbolted for every axle you can put under a XJ? That's everything and more than what most kits come with.

I have 2" Old Man Emu spring packs on the back of mine (stay away from add-a-leaf) and they are really great. I just did 2" spacers up front. I live in Texas, which is mostly flat, and spend 98% of my time on paved roads. I may get coils for up front later, but right now the stance is right, the ride quality is right, the factory articulation is enough, and the price was within my budget.

As for tires... most 30" will fit without rubbing, not counting for any weird backspace issues on your rims. I'm running 235/75-15 Destination ATs on mine.

Lastly, start soaking your rear spring and shackle bolts with PB Blaster NOW! Like, every day for two weeks before you plan to do the swap.
