BDS adjustable upper control arms

how do you know how long to have em set for a 4 1/2 in lift?? or a good starting point? thanks Butch

go to there site and download the intructions for installing lift. thats where i got mine last weekend when i installed my BDS 6.5 LA

they gave me a paper that says stock are 15 1/8 long but idk how long to be with lift...ill check on there thanks
