I started my install today and made some progress but have hit a couple of snags. On the front side of the leaf it appears as if the metal sleeve in the bushing is rusted on to the bolt, I am not completely shocked and it is soaking in PB Blaster for the evening but I am thinking about just cutting it out but what size bolts have you used to replace them? I would like to just grab a grade 8 bolt since I forgot to order them and keep on trucking rather than wait for them to be shipped, thanks for the help.

 

I have also tried heat, pickle fork and still no luck.

 

Your best bet will be to cut it, as for the bolts. I got mine right from the dealer for like $5 each
