Default B Lee Offroad steering feed back?

Just looking for a little feed back on this steering system. Much like IRO's long arms it seems like those who don't run it think its sketch and those who do run it have no problems. Any feed back FROM THOSE WHO RUN OR HAVE RUN THIS STEERING would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

this will be for my 98 with 4ish inches of lift and I have an adjustable trackbar in its stock local. I will be running it utk.

It's just run of the mill crossover steering using heims. The .120" wall is sketchy for big tires in my opinion. Plus who knows how good of joints they really use. For the same money you could get tried and true Ruffstuff.....

You drag link is not parallel to your track bar......until it is, you will get feed back.

H.D. setup came in the mail today. ITS THICK.... the threaded inserts are deep and the welds are strong all the hardware is there. I already bought my new 5/8's drill bit, just need some time to do the install.

install was easy. 5/8 hole isn't that much material beyond the factory tie rods.

tie rod does contact the trac bar bolt, but I don't think it will limit steering radius.

more review to come.

Everyone i know that jumped on buying this kit told me i didn't know what i was taking about. Now they all have over $500 into it just to get rid of the bump steer and retain their sway bars. The track bar needs to be ota for this to work properly.

so far so good. ran a couple of errands. a real harsh bump does give a little wobble in the wheel, but that could be my worn LCA bushings. I haven't run a sway bar in about 3 years. I have pans to swap things to ota in the future.

Drove it to work this morning and ran it down the highway for kicks. Huge improvement over stock feels much more responsive and stable at high speeds. Still haven't had any bump steer issues and I've gotten close to catching air, could be that at around 4" of lift the drag link is pretty flat. Happier today than I was with it yesterday. Might try tightening up the steering box a touch. If I can manage to sell some crap maybe adjustable control arms and uca bushings will get rid of all the clunckies, oops not possible its and XJ

Follow up. Every thing is still working well, I did move the pitman end to the top side like this.

and guess what? very light steering feel and crazy bump steer. Put it back the way I had it the same day.

No doubt its a strong setup but it does limit steering radius, I will find out how much in annoys me on the trail, but it already sucks parking the thing.

He's local to me, put my order in for one on Monday, should have it by next week sometime. I plan on doing a OTK setup with it though... any reason why you didn't do OTK?
