Default axel shims

What degree of shim did you use on rear axel when you put a SYE in to point pinion at transfercase? I have 4.5" of lift 231 transfer case and a dana 44 rear end. My case is not in yet and just trying to have everything I need before I start.

With a sye and DC drive shaft I thought you wanted them pointed parallel with the horizon basically.

You need to shim the axle so the pinion points upwards in the correct degree in line with the ds.

Probably 4 or 6*
