They have been great, the tubing is 1/4" wall and joints are all very stout. Both upper and lower arms are adjustable. There are plenty of other good LA set ups out there but I have been happy with mine. And I know they work well with the iro crossmember. The upper joints fit with no problem and with the iro x member the arms mount a bit closer to the center line of the body so you get a more triangulated setup.

I realize you dont need triangulated links when you have a track bar keeping the axle in place. This crossmember mounts the links a little farther inward, all i'm saying is it has helped my ride quality over the last one I used that had them running more parallel. With a track bar triangulation isn't necissary but it isnt totally irrelevant either.
