Aux fan Toggle with light wiring question
Ok so I'm wiring up my fan to be ran on a toggle. I want the toggle to have a light so I'm having to kind of wire it backward with the ground actually being hot with supply and acc. being the connection for the fan grounding. My question is: Is it ok to use a hot wire out of the fusbox with an inline fuse to the toggle switch and not burn anything up? I want the light on the toggle to be able to work when the ignition is off. Here is a drawing of what I have thought up for this. Will this work? And if so what size fuse should I run in that spot. Sorry first time wiring toggle with a light in. Also, have always toggled the hot not the ground so I'm a little fuzzy.
