crappy night shot of glow in the dark steering arms. picture doesn't do it justice this thing glows bright at night.
reinstalled the carrier with the new aussie locker
refurbished axel shafts with new u-joint. had a little bit of trouble. found out that after the accident the previous owner had, they swapped my front axel with one from an older model. so my u-joints were the smaller (265s or 365s?) I cant remember. instead of the 371 correct for my year, make, and model.
Steering back on with sweet glow in the dark paint job.
put the wheels back on. did the locker ratchet test. ratchets well, just waiting for the Diff cover to finish drying to put on and fill with fluid. in the meantime ill replace all the cotter pins, tighten everything up, and grease the front end.
things not covered up top. new inner axel seals, new wheel hub assemblies. Alloy outer axel seals were installed on an earlier date. also decided not to paint the steering knuckles purple to match the diff cover and jeep. felt like it was extra work for not enough gain.

That looks good. I cant wait to see the painted glow in the dark steering. I am looking for the LED headlights now for mine and will put some red LED lighting for the undercarriage. Should look good onece the system is installed this summer for the lake and then add all the show lights and lasers for the river. I am even thinking of adding a smoke generator...lol
I am waiting for all of this until you get here. Even the D44 install.
