I have an after market ASC sunroof in my Cherokee that was in when i bought the car. I have it currently in the vent posistion and it will not close. I am hearing a clicking nose when i try to close it. I had this before and after a while it would close but now it will not do anything.

Does anyone know what could be wrong or how to manually close it?

i have one in mine too. i had to oil it up pretty good to get it to slide and vent right. the clicking sounds like it might be gears slipping? or are they belt driven? idr. can you see something jammed in there?
