ori, fox , king have 12-18week back order on virtually everything

Found a few radflo 14s but stock limited.
Foa does appear to have some stock

Even checked ebay sellers they also don't have stock on hand

So I said screw it and orderd crown leafs for the rear. Since my rears settled bad in the last few months.

 

Took me 4 months to get front 5100's for the lift, and 6 months to get the rears...

share your pics if you want. I did get a pair locked down took me a couple months I missed out on a few pairs to. With covid and stimulus checks fox supply is all but gone

 

ORI typically always have a long lead unless a dealer has them in stock

 

From what I can tell a a select few ori dealers stocked a few of the popular lengths. 14". Currently i dont believe a ori to be on the shelf anywhere in the us. Though I didnt check all dealers. Couldn't wait 4-6months anyways


A year ago fox stock was everywhere. 2 months ago some fox dealers had some selection.

Then I got my stimulus check and accutunaccutune fox supply dried up.. then I said screw orderd a bunch misc welding consumables some parts for my ford and then decided nows the time made phone calls emails almost went radflo but they are known to be not quite on par with fox and king but price is the same. I can't pay the same for less.

Hesitantly called foa. Offcourse they have stock.

Started giving up orderd rear springs, transmission mount, bought some 1/4" plate. Running out of free money. Checked account ****.

One more call to accutune to see what they have in king.. king dammit. So they didn't have anything king in 14. But he said stock was showing two 2.0 12" ressies. Accutune is fox hardcore they eat sleep and breath fox. Kings more bling any why I didnt want to go that route.

So accutune is valving them to my rigs weight, driving style and target ride height. We talked about my 3link suspension link seperation, length,frame belly from ground. Hes like your jeeps not very tall.. lol.16" to the belly.
Talked in depth on how dual rate springs work and target up travel. Shooting for 5" up 7 down
How shock valving and spring rates are tuned together.
all of it i still don't understand i said do your magic im sure itl be way better than what im running now.

Finally pulling the trigger, put my money were my mouth is now gota put the welding machine to work and give these things a home..
they should be enroute from California to Idaho middle of next week. Probly start mocking up upper towers on my mock up jeep while get one more weekend on current set up.
ohh crown 7" arch leaf springs might be installed this weekend i didnt want to set front ride height against a rear thats dragging ***. Though I do hope to have some height adjustment built into my upper mount. Also want to be able run the shock leaning into the frame 5-10deg no idea if possible till start fabbing.
thankfully I havent gusseted outside of Cs yet. Pictureing a C gusset the lower mount bolts into with some adjustment in lean and ride height.

I'll build this a 100 times in my head before any cardboard design starts.

Similar situation, took 6 months for the front 5100s to come in for my 4-1/2" lift, ordered in October 2020, came a week ago.

 

Its pretty crazy.
