im trying to find out if anyone has ever done this or if i have enough space running 33/12.50 on rubicon rims on my xj with 1.25 spacers/adpaters. i just wanna make sure i can still turn without rubbing like crazy.

 

Just cut out whatever rubs ha that was when I had 33s with 5.25" lift

 

I'm on 4.5" with 33" duratracs and stock fenders. I can go to full lock without rubbing. But I did take off the front bumper plastic so that helps.

 

I have stock rubicon rims and tires on with a 6.5" lift. I dented the crap out of my jeep. But I also have control arm drop brackets. Not sure if that increases my flex. And my leafs are straight as a board. So, I rubbed front and back, but the front was the worst. I have since trimmed my fenders to the lip. Taller bump stops would be ideal for the increased tire size, but I don't want to get my hands dirty enough to actually do that.
