anyone made a front skid plate

ive been having trouble killin altanators from water and mud splashing up on it i know i can relocate it up top but dont realy wanna go threw all that right now and i was woundering if anyone has made a skid plate that kinda sheilds the altanator and everything im lookin for ideas to make one

I was thinking about just making a little splash gaurd out of 3/16 for the alternator

Mine stay's clean with the factory skid, if your lifted, you can space the plate down a little to clear steering. I just used some old shock spacers from a Mustang.
