I have been looking at the JK front sway bar disconnect motor and I'm thinking it should work on an XJ. Bypassing all the electronics should be a no-brainer.
Has anyone done this?

No, not really. I'm a CDJR tech and have access to new JK stuff. As I was lifting a new JK, I thought about using the motorized disco just for the heck of it and wondered if anyone had that's all.

Not that I know of.

But why though? It adds weight and it hangs low enough that it could easily be damaged

Edit: I'd be interested in seeing it done cleanly though

The why is just to see it done I guess. I come up with all kinds of goofy stuff and some of it even gets built. lol
