So I've been in need of some bump stops up front. I have bent the fender as a result of not having any not to mention running the risk or over compressing and breaking other things. So these are what I picked up. It's says for XJ but I have a hard time believing it when compared to the diameter of the old ones. I'm guessing I could shave it down somehow and make them fit?

Turns out Daystar makes 2 different sizes. These sizes are completely random on XJ's and not year specific. Quadratec doesn't specify this so I just ordered the one that said for 89-01 XJ's. I am going to take an angle grinder and some sanding to slim them down a bit. Took 2 weeks just to get them and don't feel like sending them back and waiting another 2 weeks for the smaller ones.

Just stick some hockey pucks inside the coil. If they need to be taller, just add another!

That's the plan after I get these things in first.
