Any one run Full Traction Suspension parts ?

Just got a gift card to http://full-traction.com/. I was excited as the parts look great. But upon reading online reviews , they do not have the best rep. Both product and customer service. Anyone have any experience with them or their parts ?

I have the their long arm kit on my 00' works great for what it is. Not much into crawling more into open desert wandering. But alot of work to put the kit on.

We have the 6" long arm kit on the shop xj. If I was building another cherokee this would be the long arm kit I would go with. Hasnt sagged at all over 2 years and customer service was great. Replaced a heim joint that had issues.
