Alright, I just boosted my rig up to a bad *** 8 1/2 inches. I am about to throw a dropped pitman arm on, flip my tie rods, and add a trac bar drop is there there anything else short of putting a high steer on that will improve my "tractor steering"?

 

you need crossover or full hi steer, otherwise it'll drive like it's lifted 8.5 inches taller.

 

The only cross over steering setup I could find is made by rugged ridge, and is only for a max lift of 4 inches. Could I use this in conjunction with a dropped pitman arm and be ok, or is there another manufacturer out there?

 

Um.. JCR, Serious offroad, ruffstuff. You could also do the WJ knuckle swap, OR pay the $$$ for the teraflex knuckle and use your stock brakes.

At 8.5" of lift you need to upgrade to an over the knuckle kit and an OTA trackbar bracket.
