Another "lift" question
I searched. But no luck. I have a lift kit sitting in my garage waiting for warmer weather. Since it's waiting, is there anything I can do to prep it? It's a used kit. Unknown Hight. I think somewhere from 4 to 5 in. I read somewhere that you can put nylon strips or something in the leafs and it rides better. I won't be doing much if any wheeling. Mostly highways.

do yourself a favor and go buy a can of pb blaster. For a week before, spray every bolt you plan on removing (Rear upper shock bolts) every day. You'll be very happy when you dont have any bolts break when you do end up doing the lift
