OP. I personally ran my 27 spline 8.25 in the mountains of Colorado with a lock rite and 34 inch super swamper ltb. I was going to hammer on it till it broke. Guess what? It is still going strong. If you're worried about it buy some nicely priced axles from Frank, Serious off road, and you're golden.

Question? I am in the same boat kind of. New 31s now, 33s In the future. Will 4.56s still be good for 33s and a ax15. I've been told 4.10s are good for 33s and ax15.

Correct.
1 range lower (numerically) when you are running a manual.
