Ok I had the same issue, however mine is stock-ish (replaced broken parts) and it was sitting in my garage for 4 years up until about late May. It had serious death wobble at 20 mph but my mechanic helped me fix that issue perfectly, but I noticed that I got a slight wobble at 60-65 mph and I checked everything like you did and it was all in good shape, so the source of the problem was narrowed down to the tires. They were already balanced so I had to assume it was flat-spots (not easily visible but form when left to sit at almost flat for extended periods of time like mine was left for) so I just went to the gas station and filled up the tires 2 psi more than the max amount (35 psi) and kept increasing it every day until I was at 40 psi, to stretch the tires out, and I kept it at 40 psi for a few days and now the wobble is gone. I don't know if that will help but it's the easiest and cheapest test you can do. Just don't take any corners quickly or else you'll get a lil wheel spin like I did on a hill
