another backspacing question...but on a 15x10 rim?
So I have looked everywhere and couldn't really find an exact answer for this rim size. I've seen that for a 15x8 rim, 3.25 to 3.75 would make my rim stick out nicely like a bulldog stance but not too much to get most cops involved. So I am looking into getting 15x10 wheels on my next jeep. Any thoughts or opinions on them? Good or bad idea overall?
I know that the tires would be a little shorter than on 15x8 rims, but I also heard that they will wear more evenly because they are obviously more spread out....
Also, If I was to go with 15x10, would the backspacing still be around 3.25-3.75" backspacing like on a 15x8 rim? I am trying to stick out an inch or 2 over the stock flares without rubbing/trimming on 6.5" lift. (Or as they say, a bulldog stance, not too much but not too little).
EDIT: Also, if I decide to run 35's on an 8.25 29 spline, would it be easier or harder for the axle if i got 15x10 as opposed to 15x8?

15x10 15x8 it dont make a difference to the axle.... just gives you more or less sidewall protection for the rim.... lesss wheel width makes the sidewall bulge out more from the rim...
im running 114mm backspacing

Ok so looks like i will stick with 15x8..now with 6.5" lift, what backspacing should i get for the rims so they won't rub, but that will let the tires stick out a little over? Anyone know a solid answer?
