aluminum tcase drop?

Building a T Case drop is easy. I did it in high school shop class. I paid a whole 1.58 for it (Mt.dew, you gotta drink something). I had no skill in building these such things and i did it all with the help of forums. You can come and try to break it. Good luck brotha. The crappy stock crossmember will get destroyed long before the t case drop.

Oh and a reason not to go alum. TC drop.......Corrosion? wouldnt it be the same as alum. lift blocks? granted less weight but still the same idea.

TC drops are only a band aid anyway. You will wear your mounts faster with it in.

oh i wasnt talking about other homemade ones being broken. i made one too out of 1x1 .250 wall tubing. i was purely talking about the OP asking about using aluminum .120 wall square tubing. trust me i know they can be made with ease, but if a member has a used one for cheap might as well right?

i was pretty set on some steel tubing, but i checked everywhere... IBS,Ace, 2 Home Depots, Tractor Supply. I am gona just see if i can get ahold of those ones joetotheizzo3 has tho. If i can avoid havin to make stuff and measuring, i will haha

my "homemade" tc drop is just a large nut and a few washers on each bolt. Been working fine for a while now.
