Aluminum radiator ?
I'm considering going from the 2.5 rad to the 4.0 rad with three fans.
Those of you who have gone to the aftermarket full aluminum rad.........can you tell me which you bought and are you happy with it.
I'm considering something along the lines of this:

Had an all aluminum radiator made for my truck with larger cores. Temps now never go over 200. Only cost about 120. Cheaper than the old brass one or plastic replacements parts stores offer.

There's a Radiator shop down here In FL called Covey's Radiator that not only repairs radiators but also fabricates radiators for trucks, cars, racecars, airboats and buggies.
If there's a shop like that up by you, it never hurts to ask. I had to take them my old one for reference and measurements.

There's also a company in CA that makes them for about 180 but they are out of stock at the moment.
